Bahari Fisheries operates with a firm commitment to protecting marine biodiversity, minimising bycatch, and combating illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing.

We collaborate with Somali authorities, coastal communities, and global partners to promote traceable and transparent seafood supply chains. We invest in capacity-building, environmentally friendly fishing methods, and data-driven marine management strategies.

Our operations are aligned with global frameworks, including the FAO’s Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries and the Port State Measures Agreement (PSMA).
